Patience. Commissions may take up to two weeks minimum depending on complexity and queue. I will keep in touch but do periodically check in for updates!

no refunds once sketch is already sent. If you, the client would like to cancel the commission before I've sent the sketch in, you are allowed to do so. However, 40% of the payment would be sent back to you. Please be a 100% sure that you want to place a commission beforehand.

commissions will be posted on my social media accounts unless you state you would like to keep them private.

I do not offer vector art and I have the right to refuse any commissions looking for such.

I have the right to deny your commission without prior explanation.

clients under no circumstances are allowed to resell or print out commissions for monetary gain unless they have paid for the commercial fee. Doing so would have them barred from commissioning me again.
